The Eff Garden Party was a fantastic success and the sun shone so everyone enjoyed the beautiful Pashley Manor Gardens. It was a sell out evening and the Auction of Promises raised over £7,000!! Emile is very grateful to all our Sponsors listed below and to everyone who came and supported the evening. Special thanks to Colin and Stefanie from 'Methodic Practice' who sponsored the wine reception which flowed all evening . Also to the staff of Pashley Manor and Mr and Mrs Sellick for looking after us and making us feel so very welcome once again. The children from St Richards Primary School in Manchester sent some wonderful prints of their very colourful horse paintings some of which we sold during the evening. The rest will be being framed and will be displayed at other events and exhibited at the EFFs Art Exhibition.
Fund RaisingThe EFF has had some great support from projects and friends and would like to thank the following: Sarah Fittion and Staff at Ryders Farm who held a 'Purple Hoe Down Party' and raised over £1,100 - sounds like they had a great evening with their very own Dolly Parton look a like! Ashford Valley Pony Club who held a raffle at their Area Dressage event and raised £150.00 Jodie Maile who had an Open Day at her new Coaching Facility at Moorlands Farm and raised £500 and raised awareness of the work the Foundation does. Other projects held Purple Pony Days and raised money for the Foundation so fantastic that schools have become involved in helping to raise funds to keep the children riding. Other NewsLondon Schools Team Competition held at Hickstead on July 11th - was a great day and the EFF provided colourful rosettes and prizes including a visit for the winning Under 18 year olds winning a visit to Emiles' yard in the Cotswolds!!
