We also would like to say big thank you to Charlotte Wilkington who raised over £2,500 at her Ball in November - it was a complete surprise that she was raising funds for the EFF and Emile was so grateful for all her efforts and support!
Joe and Gail Simpson gave the EFF another donation through their Lady Joseph Trust of £500 - they have been supporters of the EFF for a number of years now so very grateful to them ! The National Association of Schools have made a donation of £1,000 to the EFF - this is a real boost to the EFF as shows awareness of the Foundation work is reaching schools throughout the UK so very grateful to Jill Barker and her supporters .

STRICTLY COME DRESSAGEThis fun event was help again at Oldencraig Equestrian Centre and attached record entries - especially in the Quadrille sections ! The costumes as usual were amazing and the work and time put into the performances was much appreciated by both the audience and the judges! The Individual Championship was won by Madeline Heath on Larkhurst Jeeves who gave an outstanding performance as Jack form Nightmare Before Christmas! Our Pas de Deux Championship was won yet again by Amy and Buddy Williams who also were part of the Moatview Quadrille who started the Gala afternoon with their winning National Quadrille performance Danse Macrbe. Quadrille Champions were Over the Sea which consisted of 7 riders including youngest competitor Eva Herring, and Senior Quadrille winners were the Dancing Girls consisting of 6 riders, all the Quadrilles were fabulous and in our eyes all winners! The tough job of judging was under taken by Emile, Vicky Winfield, Tim Hatley (theatre designer) and The Black Knight from Horsemen of the Knight. A fantastic display was given by the Horsemen of the Knight who thrilled the crowd with some breathtaking stunts and also enthralled with an appearance of a Unicorn, we are very grateful for their support and coming to our event. Emile would like to thank all our sponsors - John Sankey Furniture Makers, Sally Dernie Interior Designer, Juliet and Dominic Langdon Down, The Wilkins Family, Local Rider Magazine, Forelock Books, Main Ring Rosettes and of course Ian and Vicky Winfield for allowing us to use their lovely Centre.
